One-on-One Coaching Sessions... in a nutshell
1. Getting to Know You
Let's Chat! We'll start with a 15 minute call to get to know one another, discuss your idea of success, and review the coaching process.
2. Intake Session
This one hour call will allow us to dig into your goals, declare your why, discuss your strengths, and determine your initial action steps.
3. Hourly Coaching Sessions
These weekly calls will be used to recap your past week's progress, celebrate successes, learn from challenges, then realign with new actions for the upcoming week. You will receive a recap via email and be encouraged to participate in a quick daily accountability text.
