☐ Phone call confirmation: I will not call to confirm appointments, unless requested. If you need to change or reschedule your appointment time, it is your responsibility to do so within 48 hours, by phoning the office and leaving a message.
☐ Cancellation policy: Cancellation, on the client's behalf, of a scheduled appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice can be billed at 25 percent of the agreed-upon rate or time scheduled. Cancellation, on Simplified by Bobbie's behalf, of a scheduled appointment will be done so with as much notice as possible; and will be rescheduled as quickly as possible.
☐ Inclement Weather: In the interest of safety, Simplified by Bobbie reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to inclement weather. Notice will be given as early as possible.
☐ Supplies & Materials: The purchase of supplies and materials (needed to complete any organizing project) is separate from the above service rates.
☐ Recommendations: Any suggestions for recommended installations/subcontracts/products/etc. are given with no assumed liability by Simplified by Bobbie.
☐ Forms of Payment: I accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards (which will be invoiced through PayPal). There will be a $25 fee assessed for any returned check.
☐ Specials or Discounts: Any specials or discounts can not be combined with the pre-pay discount.
☐ Prices and Packages: are subject to change. In such a case, existing clients will finish out their current package at their contracted price; any new hours or package will be billed at the new rates.
☐ Additional hours: Any hours worked by Simplified by Bobbie beyond the agreed upon session hours will be billed at the contracted hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
